9. Canva Integration

Metapostz integrates with Canva through Canva's Connect API to allow users to create, edit, and export designs directly within our platform.

Data we access from Canva

When you connect your Canva account, we may access:

• Your Canva designs (titles, thumbnails, content)
• Design export files (images, PDFs)
• Assets you upload to Canva via our platform
• Basic profile information (display name)

How we store this data

• OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database
• Tokens are used solely to make authorized requests to Canva's API on your behalf
• We do not share your Canva data with third parties

Token expiration and refresh

Access tokens are automatically refreshed using your refresh token to maintain your connection without requiring repeated logins.

Revoking access

You can disconnect your Canva account at any time from the Canva design page. This will delete your stored tokens from our database. You can also revoke access directly from your Canva account settings.

Data retention

Disconnecting your Canva account removes associated tokens immediately. We do not retain cached Canva design metadata after disconnection. Designs imported into your Metapostz media library remain there until you delete them.
